The cost of the work includes:

1. Materials:

  • grounding conductor: from the ground electrode to the building  wall - a copper-bonded 30x4 mm steel tape with a cross-section of 120 mm2 and a length of up to 3 m; from the building wall to the main grounding bus - an insulated copper wire with a cross-section of 25 mm2, and a length of up to 5 m in a corrugated pipe.

2. Earthworks

2.1. When installing modular grounding:

  • preparing a non-stony and non-frozen soil;
  • digging a pit to deepen the upper end of a vertical ground and/or digging trenches for a horizontal ground.

2.2. When installing an electrolytic grounding system:

  • preparing a non-stony and non-frozen soil;
  • digging trenches for laying the ground electrode and the conductor.

3. Installation works

3.1. When installing modular grounding:

  • driving the ground rods into the soil;
  • connecting the ground to the main grounding bus using  serially connected copper-bonded steel tapes with a cross-section of 120 mm2and a length of up to 3 m, as well as an insulated copper wire with a cross-section of 25 mm2and a length of up to 5 m.

3.2. When installing an electrolytic grounding system:

  • installing the electrode and the pit;
  • connecting the ground to the main grounding bus using  serially connected copper-bonded steel tapes with a cross-section of 120 mm2and a length of up to 3 m, as well as an insulated copper wire with a cross-section of 25 mm2and a length of up to 5 m.

4. Measurements:

  • measuring the ground's resistance with the further issuance of a test report.

5. Geography of works:

  • Installation team's on-site visit within Moscow limits and to a distance of up to 100 km from the Moscow MKAD Ring Road;
  • Installation team on-site visit within Novosibirsk limits and to the distance of up to 100 km from the Novosibirsk.

Diagnostics and measurement

ZANDZ branded electric laboratory performs the following types of works with the further issuance of test (measurement) reports.

  • grounding device resistance measurement
  • checking a circuit between the grounds and grounded components, checking  a circuit integrity between the grounded structure and the elements of the grounded structure.
  • measuring the insulation resistance of wirings with a voltage of up to 1 kV
  • checking a phase-zero circuit in electrical installations up to 1 kV, with TN system
  • circuit breaker testing (checking)

The cost of the work includes:

Measuring the resistance of a ground with the further issuance of a report.

Measurements are taken using a portable multifunctional device MI 3102H CL Eurotest 2.5 kV. The device complies with the requirements of GOST R IEC 61557 and has some important features:

  • the ability to take measurements of grounding devices using auxiliary electrodes, as well as a two-clamp method without the use of electrodes, which is important in a limited area around the test object
  • the ability to measure the insulation resistance of wire lines with  a voltage of up to 2.5 kV and calculate the adsorption coefficient and polarization to determine the degree of insulation wear and tear
