In Novosibirsk, in the left bank of the Ob River, the construction of a new ice palace has been conducted since 2019. The sports complex will include two ice arenas: main (10,000 people) and training (1,000 people). It is planned that, in winter 2023, the matches of the youth world hockey championship will be held here.
