2019 ZANDZ Competition for the Best Earthing System and Lightning Protection

Full Rules for Participation in the Competition

The competition is conducted by the Internet resource "Lightning Protection and Earthing at ZANDZ.com" (hereinafter referred to as the Competition) from 00:01 of August 26, 2019 to 23:59 of November 5, 2019, Moscow time (hereinafter referred to as the Period of Competition). Awarding of the prize to the Winner of the competition is conducted on November 7, 2019 (hereinafter referred to as the Prize Award Period).

The Prize Fund of the Competition

The prize fund consists of two (2) gift certificates (hereinafter referred to as the Prizes): The prizes for 60,000 RUB for the purchase in e-store www.zandz.com (in retail prices)

The Competition Procedure

On August 26, 2019, the Organizer publishes the Competition Task; read a message at http://www.zandz.com/ (hereinafter referred to as the "Competition Announce"). The Competition Announce contains a reference to these rules and the following task:

1. To buy lightning protection and/or earthing of ZANDZ or GALMAR and install them.
2. To make at least 5 photos and/or video with the following data shown therein:
   a) a general land (location) view before the installation (and also the roof if the lightning protection is used);
   b) instrument readings (resistivity);
   c) a minimum of three (3) photos of the ZANDZ or GALMAR earthing system and/or lightning protection installation process;
   d) a general land (location) view after the installation (and also roof, if the lightning protection is used);
   e) instrument readings (the resistance after installation).

6. The Competition participant must perform the task by 23:59 Moscow time on November 5, 2019. The number of Competition works from a Participant is not limited (if several Competition works are published, each of them should comply with the rules described herein and should not repeat other works).

Requirements to the Competition Participants and Competition works

The Participant should be at least 18 years old.
The Competition works as well as the materials present therein should be unique and should not contain any copyrighted materials.
The Competition works as well as their descriptions should not contain the offensive text or obscenities and dubious images.
The Competition works should not contain any graphics or text information containing the threats or offences for other people.
The Competition works should not be advertising materials, including hidden ads, and should not contain any trademarks. The use of ZANDZ and GALMAR trademarks is permitted.
The Competition works should not have any pornographic or erotic meaning.
The Competition works should not contain any graphics or text information that is a fraud or promotes racial hatred or conflicts.
The Competition works should not contain any offensive, scandalous, or obscene graphics or text information.
The Competition works should not infringe the third-party rights, including the rights to the intellectual property.
The Competition works should not contradict the rules of morality and ethics or contain the unsuitable information.
The Competition works should comply with the legislation of the Russian Federation and should not contain any descriptions or calls for actions that may cause harm or damage to the people or property.
The Competition works that do not meet at least one of the requirements above and these rules are removed without notification and are not allowed for further participation in the Competition.
If a Participant has changed his/her mind and does not wish to take part in the Competition, he/she should write a letter describing the situation to info@zandz.com with the subject "Refuse to Take Part in the Competition".

Procedure for Determining the Competition Winners

Each user meeting the requirements of these Rules who performed the task and submitted the Competition work in accordance with these Rules becomes a Competition Participant.
The acceptance of the Competition works for taking part in the Competition is performed from 00:01 Moscow time on August 26, 2019 to 23:59 Moscow time on November 5, 2019. After this, the participation in the Competition is impossible.
The Competition works are published at the website of the project "Lightning Protection and Earthing at ZANDZ.com" at www.zandz.com and in the social media
Before publishing, the received Competition works are moderated. On November 6, 2018, the Competition Jury consisting of the Organizer's representatives (hereinafter referred to as the Jury) will determine the Winner.
The Competition results are published on November 7, 2018 by the Organizer at the website http://www.zandz.com/ and in the social media
The winner is a Participant whose Competition work(s), according to the Jury opinion, will be the most genuine and interesting
The Organizer reserves the right to cancel its further participation in the Competition, including cancellation of the voting results for the Competition works and refuse to give the prizes to the Competition Participants who committed fraud
If it is impossible to contact the prize recipient within five (5) days by phone, through the personal messaging service in the specified social media or by e-mail for any reason, or if the Winner refuses to accept the Prize, the Organizer has the right to give the Prize to another Participant.

Award Procedure

The prize is sent to the Winner's e-mail and the original of the prize may be given to the Winner personally. The owner's name is indicated on the Prize: no other person can use the Winner's Certificate. The electronic Prize is sent by the Organizer on the awarding day: November 7, 2019.

Procedure for Purchasing Goods Using Prizes

The amount of the Prize may be used partially or in full. The Prize is only related to the goods for the lightning protection and modular earthing made of the copper-coated steel manufactured by ZANDZ and/or GALMAR. The amount of the Prize is used as the payment for the goods upon conclusion of the primary retail account agreement. The Prize is valid for 1 year.

Special Competition Terms

The fact of participation in the Competition means familiarization and full agreement of the Participants with these rules for conducting the Competition.
The fact of participation in the Competition means that the Competition Participants agree with the fact that their names, last names, photos, videos or other materials may be used by the Organizer, its authorized manufacturers and/or agencies for the advertising purpose without any payment of the fees to the participants.
By taking part in the Competition, the Participants guarantee that they do not infringe any property and/or non-property author and related rights of the third parties.

The Organizer does not bear any responsibility for the violation by the Participants of the Competition of any rights of the third parties, including the intellectual rights.
By taking part in the Competition, the Participant undertakes to carry the expenses independently and at its own account, related to the violation of any rights of the third parties
The Participants of the Competition claiming to obtain the prizes, must timely provide all the documents necessary to obtain the prize, to the Organizer of the Competition.

The Participants of the Competition may refuse to obtain the Prize, the right to obtain has appeared as a result of the win in the Competition. The right to obtain prizes may not be transferred by the Winner to another person.

The transfer of the right to obtain the prize to another person as well as the requirement to replace the Prize or pay the money equivalent of the Prize are not allowed.

The Organizer does not transfer the Prizes to the Participants if the fraud has been identified. If these rules are violated, the Participant is not allowed to take part in the Competition for its entire period.
The Organizer does not bear the responsibility for Internet failures as well as for the actions of the organizations that support their work as well as for the operation of the social media.

By providing a consent to accept the prizes according to the procedure stipulated by these Rules, the Competition Participant identified as the Winner, gives his/her consent to process his/her personal data provided to the Organizer or authorized individuals to implement the rights and responsibilities following from the Competition terms.

The Organizer who processes the personal data of the Competition participants to award the Prize to them is a personal data operator according to the effective legislation of the Russian Federation.

The Organizer does not bear any responsibility for any damage incurred to the health (life) or property of the Prize owner as well as to the property or health (life) of the third parties within the entire period of the Competition and the Prize use.

The Organizer reserves the right to avoid written conversations or any other contacts with the Competition participants except for the cases indicated in these Terms and corresponding to the requirements of the effective legislation of the Russian Federation.

The relationships of the Competition Participants and the Organizer (as well as the authorized organizations) and disputes related to the Competition will be governed by the RF legislation.
