Dear colleagues, we many times wrote about how to install and about the order of grounding and lightning protection installation. Today we want to tell you about a tool that helps to convert metal components into a qualitative grounding device. ZANDZ technical center made a list of useful tools that allow to perform installation with minimum time and effort expenditures.

Sledgehammer is required when installing grounding rod into the ground. The proposed model has a graphite rod encased in a protective polycarbonate case that protects from impact on the handle. A strip of elastomer allows to reliably grab a hammer, excluding its slipping even in wet hands

You will need a key to tighten the screws on the clamp to connect the conductor. EXPERT kit is made of chrome-vanadium steel, it provides a secure grip of the fastening element with little effort and consists of 12 keys with a diameter of 8 to 22 mm.

Tin snips or a knife is used for cutting conductive tape. The tool is made of steel alloy and is suitable for cutting aluminium, wire mesh, leather, plastic or even copper. The razor edges with hatching prevent slipping when cutting.

When laying copper bonded steel, it should be bended, pieces should be cut, pliers must be used for this purpose. MAX STEEL pliers are made of high-chromium steel by forging and heat treatment, have a lacquer coating and meet the requirements of DIN standards.

You will also need a screwdriver with a soft handle for mounting clamps. We recommend a screwdriver with a rod of high quality chrome- vanadium steel, thanks to what, the risk of damage to the tip of a screwdriver is reduced. In addition, chrome coating of the rod prevents corrosion.
