On Wednesday, 06/25/14, supported by IMAG, we held a webinar on Grounding and Lightning Protection - Issues and Challenges of Regulatory Documents. This webinar is the first in a series of events for professionals who design and use modern lightning protection systems.
Lectures were held by Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor Edward Bazelyan.
The webinar covered several issues concerning the design of grounding and lightning protection, including a very important issue - different rules and requirements stated in the available regulations RD 34.21.122-87; CO-153-34.21.122-2003; IEC 62305. Over 170 participants attended the webinar, among them representatives of the largest design institutes, major energy and metrology experts from Russia and Kazakhstan.
