On June 2 there was a strong thunderstorm in Plovdiv (Bulgaria) as a result of which roads and many buildings, as well as power lines, were damaged. The thunderstorm was accompanied by frequent lightning strikes, one of which hit the lens of a local’s smartphone. Lightning struck a tree next to a large shopping center "Grand" in the center of the city of Plovdiv, which at that time had a lot of visitors. Fortunately, no one was hurt.
