Full rules for participation in the Competition

The ZANDZEMLIAI Competition is held by the “Lightning Protection and Grounding at ZANDZ.com” Internet resource (hereinafter referred to as the Competition) from 00:01 18 July 2018 to 23:59 31 October 2018 Moscow time (hereinafter the Competition Period). The prize is awarded to the winner of the Competition on 1 November 2018 (hereinafter referred to as the Prize-giving Period).

Competition Prize Fund

The prize fund consists of 1 (one) gift certificate (hereinafter referred to as the Prize): Prize in the amount of 50,000 roubles for purchase in the online store www.zandz.com (in retail prices).

The order of participation in the Competition

On 11 July 2018, the Organizer publishes the Competition Task - a message on the website http://www.zandz.com/ (hereinafter referred to as the “Announcement of the Competition”). The announcement of the Competition contains a link to these rules and the following task:

1. Buy lightning protection and / or grounding of the ZANDZ or GALMAR brand and install them.

2. Take at least 5 photos and / or take a video with the presence of the following data:
   a) general view of the site (place) before installation (also the roof, if lightning protection is used);
   b) instrument reading (resistivity);
   c) at least 3 (three) photographs of the installation process of grounding and / or lightning protection of the ZANDZ or GALMAR brand;
   d) general view of the site (place) after installation (also the roof, if lightning protection is used);
   e) instrument readings (resistance obtained after installation).

3. Be an Expert at ZANDZ.com Club.

5. Participant of the Competition must complete the task before 23:59 on 31 October 2018 Moscow time. The number of Entries of one Participant is not limited (when publishing several Entries, each must comply with the rules described in this document and also not repeat the others).

Requirements for Participants and Competition works

Participant's age is not less than 18 years.

Competition works, as well as materials present on them must be unique and not contain materials that are copyrighted.

Competition works, as well as their description, should not contain offensive language and profanity and fake images.

Competition works must not contain graphic or textual information with threats or insults from other people.

Competition works should not be advertising, hidden also, should not contain trademarks. Use of the ZANDZ and GALMAR trademarks is permitted.

Competition works must not be pornographic or erotic. 

Competition works must not contain graphic or textual information that is fraudulent, promotes racial hatred or hostility.

Competition works must not contain offensive, libelous or obscene graphic or textual information.

Competition works must not violate the rights of others, including intellectual property rights.

Competition works must not contradict the norms of morality, and also contain unacceptable information.

Competition works must comply with the laws of the Russian Federation, should  not containing descriptions or calls for action that could hurt people or damage property.

Competition works that do not comply with at least one of the above requirements and these rules are deleted without warning and are not allowed to participate in the Competition.

If the Participant changes his mind and does not want to take part in the Competition, he/she must delete the Competitive work published by him/her or write a letter describing the situation to info@zandz.com with the subject “refusal”.

The order for determining the winners of the Competition

Each Internet user who meets the requirements of these Rules, who has completed the task and submitted the Competitive work in accordance with these Rules, becomes a Participant of the Competition.

Competition works are accepted for participation in the Competition from 00:01 18 July 2018 to 23:59 31 October 2018 Moscow time. After this moment, participation in the Competition is impossible.

Competition works are published on the website of the project “Lightning protection and grounding on ZANDZ.com” www.zandz.com and on social networks.

Before publication, the received materials of the Competition works are moderated. On 1 November 2018, the Jury of the Competition, consisting of representatives of the Organizer (hereinafter - the Jury), will determine the Winner.

The results of the Competition are published on 1 November 2018 by the Organizer on the Website http://www.zandz.com/ and in social networks.

The Winner is the Participant whose (s) Competition work (s), according to the Jury, will be the most original and interesting. 

The Organizer reserves the right to refuse further participation in the Competition, including annul the results of voting on the Competitive Entries and refuse to give out prizes to Participants who have committed fraudulent activities.

If it is not possible to contact the recipient of the prize within 5 (five) days by phone, through personal messages on the specified social networks or by e-mail for any reason, or if the Winner refuses the Prize, the Organizer has the right to transfer the Prize to another Participant.

Award Order

The prize is sent electronically to the email address of the Winner, plus the original prize can be handed to the Winner personally. The Prize is personalized: no one else can cash out the funds. The electronic Prize is sent by the Organizer on the day of the award: 1 November 2018.

Purchase Order by the Prize

The Prize Amount may be used in part or in full. The prize applies only to modular grounding of copper-coated steel ZANDZ and / or GALMAR. The amount of the Prize is taken into account as payment for the goods upon conclusion of the main retail sales contract. The prize is valid for 1 year.

Special conditions of the Competition

The fact of participation in the Competition means familiarization and full consent of the Participants with these rules of the Competition.

The fact of participation in the Competition means that the Participants of the Competition agree that their names, surnames, photos, videos and other materials about them can be used by the Organizer, its authorized manufacturers and / or agencies for advertising purposes without paying any remuneration to the participants. 

By participating in the Competition, the Participants guarantee that their Competition entries submitted for the Competition do not violate the property and / or non-property copyright and related rights of third parties. 

The Organizer is not responsible for the violation by the Participants of any rights of third parties, including intellectual rights. Taking part in the Competition, the Participant undertakes to independently and at its own expense incur losses associated with the violation of any rights of third parties.

Competition participants applying for prizes undertake to provide all the documents necessary for receiving the prize to the Competition Organizer on time.

Participants of the Competition have the right to refuse to receive the Prize, the right to receive which arose as a result of victory in the Competition.
The right to receive prizes cannot be transferred by the Winner to another person.

Transfer of the right to receive a prize to another person, as well as requirements to replace the Prize or to pay the cash equivalent of the Prize are not allowed.

The Organizer does not transfer Prizes to Participants in case of fraud. In case of violation of these rules, the Participant is not allowed to participate in the Competition during the entire period of its holding.

The organizer is not responsible for failures on the Internet, as well as for the actions of organizations that ensure their work, as well as for the operation of social networks.

By agreeing to receive prizes in the manner prescribed by these Rules, the Competition Participant, defined as the Winner, gives his consent to the processing of his personal data provided to the Organizer or to persons authorized by him to exercise his rights and obligations arising from the conditions of the Competition. 

The organizer that processes the personal data of the Competition participants in order to provide them with a Prize is the operator of personal data in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

The Organizer shall not be liable for any damage caused to the health (life) or property of the holder of the Prizes, or the property or health (life) of third parties during the entire period of the Competition and use of the Prizes.

The Organizer reserves the right not to enter into written negotiations or other contacts with the participants of the Competition - except as otherwise specified in these Terms or in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

Relations between the Participants of the Competition and the Organizer (as well as organizations authorized by him) and disputes related to the Competition will be regulated by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
